CALL FOR PAPERS
=================
BISP has become, since 1998, the leading workshop devoted to review,
discuss and explore directions of development of Bayesian Inference in
Stochastic Processes and in the use of Stochastic Processes for
Bayesian Inference. BISP6 will be held in the very nice town of
Bressanone/Brixen in Italy, near the Austrian border.
Details on invited speakers, registration fees, location, travel and
proceedings to be published in Bayesian Analysis (the ISBA journal)
can be found on the web site. Please note that the workshop is limited
to 90 participants.
People interested in presenting a paper (oral/poster) at the workshop
are kindly invited to send an abstract by DECEMBER, 15th, 2008, to
bisp6 at mi.imati.cnr.it
The workshop, endorsed by ISBA (International Society for Bayesian
Analysis) and SIS (Italian Statistical Society), is organised by CNR
IMATI in cooperation with George Washington University.
In June 15-18, in the same place, there will be ABS09 - 2009 Applied
Bayesian Statistics School, devoted to some issues in Bioinformatics,
mainly on Clustering and Classification. The lecturer will be Dipak Dey,
University of Connecticut, USA. A proper announcement will be sent in
few weeks.
Best regards
Fabrizio Ruggeri and Antonio Pievatolo
Chairs, Scientific and Organising Committees
